For 25 years, Clearway Clinic has been dedicated to serving women and families in Massachusetts with confidential, compassionate care.
Founded in 2000 as Compassion Pregnancy Center in Worcester, our journey has been one of remarkable growth and impact. In 2013, we reached a pivotal milestone by becoming a state-licensed medical clinic, launching our ultrasound program, and changing our name to Clearway Clinic.
Our mission continued to expand in 2018 with the opening of a second clinic location in Springfield, allowing us to serve even more women and families. Along the way, we joyfully celebrated incredible milestones: 1,000 babies born through our ultrasound program in 2020, 2,000 babies born in 2023, and an amazing 3,000 babies born in 2025.
In 2025, we also celebrated our 25th anniversary – marking a quarter century of compassion, hope, and life-changing care in our communities
We have had the privilege of assisting thousands of families, providing a safe environment for women to explore all their pregnancy options. Our doors are open to all, regardless of their intentions or the outcomes of their pregnancy, and we praise God for our 98% patient satisfaction rating.
Our Commitment to Medical Excellence
Clearway Clinic is a state-licensed medical clinic staffed by a team of registered nurses and volunteer board-certified doctors. We provide free healthcare services to women in Central and Western Massachusetts, ensuring they receive the medical care and support they need. We follow all federal and state laws to protect patient privacy and offer objective, non-judgmental care when it is needed most.
We do not provide, prescribe, or refer for abortions, and we are transparent about this before setting up any appointments. Our goal is to offer education, support, and encouragement so that each patient feels empowered to make informed decisions about their pregnancy.
Our Faith-Based Mission
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Clearway Clinic is founded as a faith-based Christian organization. While we have no formal affiliation with any denomination or church, our leadership and staff come from a variety of Christian backgrounds and are united by our shared faith values. These values guide our mission to provide compassionate care, a secure and welcoming environment, and free medical services to our communities.
